We gather here today to celebrate and honor the distinguished nursing career and numerous accomplishments of Nurse __________. It is our sincere wish to offer you comfort and peace in the days ahead. The Utah Nightingales are both honored and proud to participate in this tribute.

Lastly, we present you with this blanket as a symbol of our love and gratitude. It represents the warmth and care you provided to your patients throughout your career. Although your nursing tasks are now complete, they will never be forgotten. The Utah Nightingales are privileged to convey our deepest respect and admiration to you as a nurse and to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care you have given to others. Nursing is a calling, a lifestyle, a way of living. Today, we honor our colleague _______________ who is no longer with us and their life as a nurse.
